Sr. Human Resources Manager, Central AR, to 150K

The Director, HR provides strategic human resources leadership and serves as the senior advisor and business partner to the General Plant Manager on all aspects of human capital management.  This location is 750sf with over 1,300 employees is the foundation of this division and has been consistently recognized for its performance.  The Director HR will support and ensure effective staffing and retention for all plant operations, partnering with the plant leadership team to drive high levels of positive employee engagement, partnering with all Centers of Excellence (CoE’s) to deliver high levels of human resources services in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, labor and employment law, and employee and talent development.  The Director, HR is a key member of the plant leadership team and serves a role model for effective, firm, fair, and innovative leadership.  The Director, HR is a key player in maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the local community and surrounding municipalities.  The Director, HR also needs to be an inspirational leader who supports the General Plant Manager in the building of the right culture focused on cost, quality, delivery and safety while sustaining high standards for order lead times and delivery.   
Overall Responsibilities:
Close business partner with General Plant Manager and the plant leadership team.
Key contributor to creating and executing the factory strategy, ensuring human resources implications are effectively identified and addressed.
Drive effective talent management strategies across the factory, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning, employee development, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and retention.
Develop and implement effective positive employee relations strategies to aggressively preserve non-union status
Designs and develops all people policies and procedures in alignment with all corporate policies and the Code of Business Conduct 
Design, recommend and implement actions to strengthen organizational design and effectiveness 
Partner with the Centers of Excellence teams in Compensation/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employment and Labor Law, and Employee and Talent Development to ensure delivery of the highest level of HR services to the business
Champion the culture, driving an environment of accountability, open communication, and high ethical standards 
Closely partner with VP/HR and Sr. HRBP, North America to develop and execute key functional initiatives 
Build and develop an effective team of HR professionals to provide exemplary service to the factory 
Drive process and efficiency improvement across all functions of the HR department Provide change management leadership to be proactive in anticipating, assessing, and addressing the needs of the factory 
Drive and oversee all factory communications to include bulletin boards, TV’s, written communication to staff and employees, etc.
Lead all Employee Relations efforts to encompass communication, retention and positive engagement 
Provide coaching, counseling, and guidance on disciplinary actions and reviews disciplinary action by supervisors for effectiveness and consistency 
Support the Vision and Mission statement of the business segment

Skill Requirements
Successful, 10+ year track record in large, single site industrial manufacturing organizations 
Significant HR management experience and knowledge of human resources systems Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.  Advanced degree preferred.  
Track record of effectively resolving customer related issues, improving processes and helping in efficiency 
A demonstrated capacity to navigate effectively in a matrix environment 
The ability to balance local market considerations with the overall corporate priorities of the business 
Experience in delivering corporate HR programs and initiatives and ensuring they are embraced by and become embedded within the local business
Sound knowledge of technical HR systems, processes and procedures
 Sound knowledge of applicable labor and employee law guidelines related to a manufacturing operation 
 The ability to manage and mediate conflict is also is also essential.
 Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting high impact plan to senior leadership
 Solid analytical and process management skills. Has strong business acumen and able to define and understand the most critical issues
 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong management skills, with emphasis on people development
Corporate Human Resources Leader, Plymouth, MI to 120K
The Corporate Human Resources Lead provides ongoing support to leaders and employees on all aspects of organizational effectiveness to include hiring selection, employee relations, and performance management and employee development.
Provide guidance, counsel, instruction, and support to corporate executives and staff on all matters relating directly or indirectly to the identification, growth, and development of human capital.
Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution.
Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, safety rules and benefits.  
Implements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Maintain accurate records for employees including inactive employees; records that are in compliance with federal, state and local laws, appropriate affirmative action reports, and all other required reports.
Make arrangements for all prospective employees to obtain pre-employment drug screens and to perform valid testing before employment offers are extended.
Responsible for new employee orientation ensure that the employees fully understand the conditions and benefits of their employment.
Coordinate with other managers and supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of the Human Resources Department's policies.

Division Human Resources Manager, Pittsburgh, PA to 140K + bonus
Our client, a standalone non-union Manufacturing Division of a US based Multi-Billion Dollar Fortune Manufacturing Corporation with global reach has an immediate need for an upwardly mobile Division Human Resources Manager to join their team in the Pittsburgh PA area.  Reporting to Corporate Human Resources with a strong dotted line to the Division General Manager, the Division HR Manager acting as a full HR Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery of both Strategic and Tactical HR initiatives and the leadership/development of the HR team.  Additionally, while partnering with the Division’s executive team the Division HR Manager will lead the development of Human Resources programs/processes to support the overall business plan to expand the Division’s business in the global marketplace and ensure organizational capabilities.
This position requires 10 + years of ‘progressive’ HR Leadership experience in a Major Fortune Manufacturing Corporation(s) with demonstrated expertise with the Strategic HR Business Partner Model, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement processes, Change Management, Talent Management, Organizational Design/Development a strong Business Acumen and solid knowledge of the basic HR Generalist Skills such as E/R, Safety, Training, Talent Acquisition etc.

Human Resources Manager, Asheville, NC to 100K + bonus
Our client, a growing multi-Billion Dollar US based Fortune Manufacturing Corporation has an immediate need for an ‘upwardly mobile’ Human Resources Manager to lead one of their key manufacturing plants located in Western North Carolina. 
Reporting to the Division HR Mgr. with a strong dotted line to the Plant Mgr., the HR Mgr. will lead the design / delivery of both Strategic & Tactical HR initiatives for a non-union facility of 150+ associates.
The position requires 5 + years of progressive HR leadership in a fortune corporation’s manufacturing plant(s) with a solid background in the core HR Generalist skills such as E/R, Employment, Safety, Training etc. and demonstrated strengths in the HR/BP model including Change Management, High Performance Work Teams, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, establishing Best Practices etc.

Regional Human Resources Manager, Panama City, FL to 130K
Regional HR Manager over three plants in FL and GA. 
1. HR Business Partner to the 3 plants Plant Management team
2. Manages the overall talent acquisition process for the site (recruiting through new hire orientation).
3. Assists managers in administration of labor agreement, including disciplinary action, grievance handling, and union/management relations
4. Key member of the sites negotiations team.
5. Administers HR programs such as tuition refund, studentloans, job posting, headcount and turnover reporting, compensation and talent management.
6. Assists in investigation of internal EEO complaints and in the preparation of responses to charges filed with external agencies.
7. As required, assists employees and managers with Talent Management activities such as drafting and submitting new and revised position descriptions, developing annual objectives, along with talent development plans.

Sr. Manager, Human Resources
We are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources (HR) to support our managers and employees in the United States. The Sr. Manager, HR will provide both tactical and strategic direction to the US HR team. 
The responsibilities will include:
Partners with Regional HR head to help set the HR strategic agenda and priorities for the team
Provide direction, leadership & coaching to the US HR team members
Oversee/manage all aspects of HR ranging from recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits, payroll & compliance
Assist in the development and deployment of HR systems & processes

Human Resources Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic and functional HR leadership for the Iowa union facility consisting of ~800 employees. The position manages a team of 5HR professional employees. The role reports directly to the Plant Director and functionally to HR executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and directs human resource initiatives for the facility.
• Drives effective talent management practices including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
